Me and Todd
This was the second round of swimming--Chels decided to skip that time, I don't blame her! It was really hot outside but the pool was pretty cold. I'll take it! I love to swim and miss all the lakes in Minnesota. We've got a few nice beaches on Lake Washington we can swim at, but summer is always over before I decide to get my act together and head down there. Oh well, there's always next summer...
We had dinner and a movie night at Todd's after our pool day, along with his fun roomie Laura. All in all, it was a good goodbye to summer. The rest of this week is supposed to be sunny and beautiful in Seattle, I hope the nice weather sticks around!
Other than that, we've haven't been up to too much. Chels has been pet-sitting for friends since last weekend. We went to dinner at our friends Nick & AnnMarie's on Monday night, which was fun! Chels will be watching their cute Australian Shepherd dog Gus for a night this week so we went to learn his routine and hang out. And that's about it!
Happy birthday yesterday to Peggy, I hope you had a lovely birthday and that Dad spoiled you! We love you :)
